Every two years, DENEFF, the umbrella organisation of German energy efficiency networks, organises a very special competition called “Perpetuum”. Here, the latest technologies that make a strong, convincing contribution to energy efficiency compete with each other.

Luftmeister GmbH from Kirchzarten has made it and became a finalist in this year's “Perpetuum” competition. Wolfgang Eiche, Head of Project Coordination at Luftmeister GmbH, proudly reports: “At the finale in Berlin not only a specialist jury had to be won, but also the audience present”. Luftmeister became a finalist because the air energy meter convinced with its function “consumption-oriented ventilation cost accounting”. By each “air user” paying on the basis of his consumption, there is an effective motivation to save energy. For more details, see “Applications à consumption-based ventilation cost accounting”.
