Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)

You are also entitled to information about safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR when data are transferred to third countries.
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data stored by us.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under the conditions set out in Art. 17 GDPR.
This right does not apply if processing is required for freedom of expression and information, compliance with legal obligations, reasons of public interest, or the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You have the right to request restriction of processing if:
you contest the accuracy of your personal data;
processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure;
we no longer need the data but you require them for legal claims;
you have objected pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR and a final decision is pending.

Right to notification (Art. 19 GDPR)

5. Right to object
You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. The objection applies to future processing.

6. Storage duration
The duration of storage depends on the legal basis, purpose of processing and statutory retention periods.
Data processed based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) are stored until consent is withdrawn.
Data processed for contractual purposes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) are deleted once no longer required for contract fulfilment and no legitimate interest remains.
Data processed based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) are stored until objection is raised, unless overriding legitimate grounds exist.
Personal data for direct marketing are stored until objection.
Unless stated otherwise, personal data are deleted once the processing purpose ceases to apply.
7. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons, we use SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content. Encrypted connections are indicated by “https://” and a lock symbol in your browser.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to enable full functionality. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain stored until deleted manually or automatically.

9. Contact forms and email
When you contact us, personal data are collected. Data are processed to respond to your enquiry and for technical administration.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if related to contract conclusion.
Data are deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
10. Google Maps
We use Google Maps. When accessing pages containing Google Maps, information about website usage (including IP address) is transmitted to Google servers.

11. Cooperation with processors and third parties
Data are disclosed to third parties only where legally permitted, consented to, legally required or based on legitimate interests.

Data transfers to third countries occur only under Art. 44 ff. GDPR safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
12. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google processes usage data to analyse and optimise website use.
User data are deleted or anonymised after 14 months.
