Luftmeister receives major order for luxury commercial property Le Coeur

An extraordinary property in an exquisite location is currently being built in Düsseldorf: the "Le Coeur" project on the famous Königsallee, better known as the "Kö." 

As can be seen on the project website https://le-coeur-duesseldorf.de, it is an architectural masterpiece that will house dozens of offices and shops.

The new building is to meet the highest sustainability standards and receive a DGNB "Platinum" rating. A key component of this classification is consumption-based ventilation cost accounting – instead of the usual area-based system, which ignores consumption differences.

Luftmeister GmbH is the world's only supplier of such a (calibration-approved) solution. With this major order now awarded, worth more than €350,000, Luftmeister will supply eighty air energy meters to "Le Coeur" and put them into calibration operation. The challenge: 21 different cross-sectional shapes (from 200 x 300 to 500 x 1000) must be manufactured and calibrated in the volume flow laboratory. Managing Director Jens Amberg is delighted: "This project proves that not only our inventions and patents, but also the investment in the high-precision calibration laboratory, are more than worthwhile. And it's naturally fantastic that we were also able to gain such a presentable reference!"
