Corrosive air - no problem for Luftmeister

Semiconductor manufacturers such as Bosch Semiconductor or Globalfoundries have to discharge acidic and alkaline exhaust air in a controlled manner.

The problem: standard sensors disintegrate after weeks! Luftmeister has the solution: thanks to a Halar coating on the patented "Luftmeister Freiburg" probe, the sensors remain unaffected by the unfriendly environment. Another advantage: there is no need for on-site calibration - this has already been carried out in the Luftmeister calibration laboratory, for diameters from DN 80 to DN 2000. And "last but not least": the Luftmeister VS 48 precision transmitter is connected directly to the probe via a retaining bracket. This eliminates the need for time-consuming hose routing from the probe to the transmitter, and the electrical contractor has a clear target point for the cabling. - Despite all the technology, what is the key customer benefit? The precise, long-term stable volume flow recording also ensures the minimum exhaust air volume flow (important for occupational safety and for warranty claims against machine suppliers) and permanently prevents waste (excessive volume flow) - for sustainable operation.
