Energy flow in air conditioning and process air

Industrial companies going for more efficiently used energy resources are looking for more methods to save flow media and to make the savings visible. Since long ago it has been easy to monitor and record consumption of electrical current, gas, water and even compressed air with available measuring equipment. But a solution for air conditioning and process air measurement is still missing.

The “energy meter” from Luftmeister covers this gap.

On the basis of high-temperature pitot tubes, suitable temperature and humidity sensors and very precise calculation of flow and energy in the Luftmeister meters, processes can be continuously monitored and energy savings can be proven. Based on continuous energy flow records (before and after), you can also clearly verify the reference quantity (baseline) that the energy savings are referred to.
